•Hi everyone! I am a registered yoga teacher. I am also a registered dietitian and I am passionate about utilizing nutrition and movement to promote overall well-being.
•I began practicing yoga about 10 years ago. In 2019, I wanted to deepen my practice and share this practice with others, so I decided to complete a 200-hour yoga teacher training. That is when I began my yoga teaching career and I have been teaching since.
•I love teaching yoga because it brings me immense joy to know that I can help guide others into a happier and more peaceful state. We are all students and teachers and I really enjoy learning from this wonderful community of people.
