I have been doing CrossFit style workouts since 2010 when I was in the U.S. Army in a Special Operations Unit. It wasn't until 2017 when I started consistently training with Olympic lifts and benchmark CrossFit workouts. I believe that CrossFit challenges people in physical, mental, and emotional ways that help us become better people. I have found my True-Self through coaching and training of all different types of fitness and I believe it is a cornerstone for a happy life.

The motto of my personal training concept, 7-6 Fitness, is "7 days a Week Train the 6 Elements of Health - Emotional, Physical, Intellectual, Occupational, Spiritual and Social."
