Katie is a strength training and nutrition focused personal trainer dedicated to achieving her clients personal goals. Having grown up in a very unhealthy environment, she saw how quickly your quality of life can decline if you don’t take care of yourself.
Her goal is to help each individual client improve or maintain their quality of life and confidence levels, and to find a healthy balance between taking care of themselves and enjoying life.
