Kyle Dondero

My name is Kyle Dondero and I have been learning, practicing, and teaching yoga asana, mindfulness, and conscious movement for over 10 years. I was drawn, initially, to the mindfulness aspect of Eastern philosophies while attending college. A few years later, I embarked on a more formal yoga practice, enrolling in a YTT program as well as aligning myself with the Kriya Yoga tradition popularized by Paramahansa Yogananda, under the direction of Mr. Roy Eugene Davis.

Beyond yoga and mindfulness, I am passionate for general fitness, specifically strength training, Olympic lifting, and trail running / hiking (or almost anything outdoors on a beautiful day!).
