I lost 30 pounds at the start of my fitness journey. While it was challenging, I found tools, resources, and motivations that kept me on my path to becoming healthier and happier. As a group fitness instructor and personal trainer, I know what it’s like to struggle with being overweight and stick with new workout routines. My experience inspired me to apply what I've learned and help others lose their unwanted weight once and for all!
