Sheila Catling

My fitness goal is to be active 4-5 times per week for a minimum of 30 minutes per day even while on holidays! Combining travel and fitness is a dream for me. I like to lift weights, tabatas, HIITS and enjoy restorative yoga at least three times a week. As a women over 40 I feel that it is important to keep our mind and body healthy and make time to work on our own bodies by doing something active that we enjoy. 

I have taught and ran numerous fitness classes that range from boot camps, HIIT, Tabata, TRX, weight training, pilates and yoga over the past 21 years. I have taught group classes to adults, students and athletes. From day one, my leadership skills and my interpersonal skills have enabled me to be a motivational influence on my colleagues, clients and peers.  I have introduced restorative yoga and pilates to our teams, colleagues and classes and continue to actively seek other concepts for the further growth and development. In addition, I have been the director of Strength training and pilates at Olympic Sports Camp for ten years. I live a healthy and active lifestyle and love to share by knowledge and expertise with others. 

As athletic facilitators, teachers and coaches we are here to create an environment where people feel safe and encouraged to workout. Being physically active is not just about sports, it is about creating healthy active lifestyles that are sustainable for life. Connecting people with their emotional and physical well being and fostering their growth and development for healthy and active lifestyles.
