My name is E, I am a wife, mom, fitness enthusiast, and coach. My professional background includes training through boot camps, fitness classes, and one-on-one client training. One of my most outstanding achievements in fitness was placing 3rd as a Figure competitor for INBA. I have an AA in Kinesiology and ACE personal training certified. I am currently working on a Food and Nutrition certificate with Tarrant County College. My passion is health and fitness, and I am truly dedicated and care about my clients and their success in their fitness journey.
