Mallory Green

Mallory Green Spielman is a certified E-RYT 200, Expert Sound Bath Practitioner, Reiki Master & Aerial Yoga Instructor. Born and raised in Texas, her journey began in 2013 after undergoing chemotherapy treatments to treat her lupus and kidney disease. After researching alternative methods, she was determined to stay in remission which led her to an eastern approach to heal. Mallory has been in remission for 9 years and is eager to help others find wellness and healing through yoga and mindfulness. She has always wanted to help people and found her calling through teaching yoga. You can feel the passion and big-love energy in every class she teaches. Her favorite styles of yoga to teach are Vinyasa, Yin & Crystal Sound Bowl Meditations. When not teaching, you can find Mallory hanging out with her husband and two beautiful boys, taking care of her plants and catching up on her favorite music and movies.
