Hey There!

My name is DaeQuan Finley, better known as DQ. I'm a Musician and Personal Trainer hailing from Oakland, California and currently living in LA. As a Hip-Hop Recording Artist, I took on the exciting task of healing the neighborhood and not killing the hood. This endeavor made me stand out in many different communities across America for upholding an image that isn't seen too much in underserved pockets of the United States.

Ive been formally training since 2018, where i started this mission in the San Francisco Bay Area. The journey has taken me to new cities that I couldn't even imagine visiting when i was younger.Each trailblazing step has carved out a new path for my family, friends and I. After deciding not to join the Special Warfare department of the US Air Force. I decided to take my talents down to Southern California.

Here I gained notoriety working outdoors as a bootcamp instructor and also a one on one coach with Equinox. If im not on the stage pouring my soul into a mic you can find me at one of your local parks motivating the world!
