I became a certified Bikram Yoga instructor in Spring of 2010.  I am a certified HOT Inferno Pilates instructor (HIIT) in 2016.  I became certified to teach Yin yoga in 2016. I am a certified cancer specialist since 2013.  I became certified to teach yoga sculpt in 2021.  I teach a challenging class for all levels providing modifications for those just beginning or who may have injuries or limitations.
