Rosie Docanto

Rosie is a certified 500 hour trauma-informed yoga instructor, breath coach, and mindful fitness instructor, who believes in creating a safe and accessible space for everyone to practice yoga. Her mission is to build a community where individuals of all races, genders, ages, sizes, and experience levels can come together and feel welcomed. She teaches in a way that invites students to bring a sense of wonder and curiosity into their practice. Rosie aims to guide students to their inner landscape and the divine teacher within. Her approach to teaching yoga is unique, combining breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness techniques to help students achieve a deeper sense of connection with their bodies and minds. When Rosie is off the mat, she enjoys being in relationship with nature, practicing yoga, exercising, gardening, traveling and caring for her plants and spending time with family.
