Yoga is the F R E E D O M to be Y O U. The freedom to bring your best self to the mat, to breathe and align your mind, body, and soul. Yoga is also the freedom to be bold, to be strong, to be kind, to be good, to be beautiful and to recognize that Y O U are important E N O U G H. And even when the day isn’t so bright, yoga is still the F R E E D O M to be not as energized, not as happy, not as bold, not as strong, etc. but still knowing that if you take one breath, one thought, and one move, things can and will be better.

Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible, fearless, and bold, both on and off the mat. Yoga also inspires me to live each moment with intention, mindfulness, and peace.  

I seek to help others build esteem and strength and to learn to nurture and appreciate their body, mind and soul with yoga. Through my practice, I share Vinyasa and Slow Flow yoga with a vibe. A vibe to be authentically and positively YOU. I also share Restorative, Trauma-informed, and Pre and Postnatal yoga teachings to help others improve and strengthen their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I share my practices with yogis, yogis-to be, and yogis-not to be---EVERYONE, without judgement, bias, or conditions.
