Danelle Crist

About me! My name is Danelle Crist, married since 2016 to my hub Cameron Crist. We have three kids Liam (11) and Emberly (5) and Graer 10 months old. I am a RN at Prairie View as an RN manager and MDS coordinator, also floor nurse (nurses these days know we do all the roles) I coach CrossFit at the lovely CrossFit Sterk and basically call this place my second home and about a year ago started repping the awesome company 1st Phorm and helping others perform and be their best!
