I am a motivated yoga/fitness instructor whose mission is to improve as many lives as I can by sharing the gift of movement.

I aim to build the connection between the mind, body, and spirit of each student by incorporating movement, breath, and meditation into each practice. I enjoy being a part of students' journeys to a happier, healthier lifestyle and look forward to sharing the techniques I have gained throughout my experience as a teacher.

I’ve been in the health and wellness industry since 2017. I have over 6 years of experience in teaching group classes, like strength training, circuit training, HIIT training and 1-on-1 personal training. Since then, it has been my passion to teach students! I received my NASM certification while graduating from a local community college with a Business Associate in 2019. I, then, had to ask myself, “what’s next?” I had been practicing yoga throughout this entire time & thought this was the perfect opportunity to do my 200 hour YTT. So I went for it! In May 2020, I received my yoga teacher certification. I found out that yoga isn’t just a practice on your mat, but a practice in your day-to-day life. Always finding balance, always finding comfort in uncomfortable areas and always remembering that wherever you’re at it’s a great place to be. I’ve committed myself to being a lifelong learner & aim not for perfection, but for progression.

In 2022, I decided to dive even deeper into my practice so I flew to Bali, Indonesia to complete my 500hr Yoga Teacher Training. My goal is to be the best teacher I can be by increasing my awareness and allowing the universe to guide me towards bliss so that I can do the same for others. Tony Robins says it best, “the secret to living is giving!”
