Hello! 
My name is Laura and I am a yoga instructor here in Dallas, Texas. I teach at Black Swan Studio and specialize in a vinyasa flow and power vinyasa flow. I can teach yin classes as well. I incorporate sound bowls/sound baths in my class. I have been an avid practitioner of yoga for about ten years now and have been teaching for a little more than a year now. It is my passion!
