Hi! I'm Tai! I began practicing Yoga in 2016 and it has become an essential part of my lifestyle since. Initially, my yoga practice was mostly for cardio and improved flexibility. As I advanced, I learned how much deeper yoga really was. It taught me how to be still during a time when my life was pure chaos. It taught me how to control my mind and thoughts when I felt like I was going crazy. It taught me how to listen to that little voice inside of me. It taught me the importance of self-love and self-reflection. I have never experienced the inner peace I feel now until I began practicing Yoga.
