Kristin is a former professional ballet dancer, teacher and choreographer, and certified athletic trainer. She received her B.S. in Athletic Training from West Chester University where she spent two seasons as the head student trainer for the WCU Football team. She completed a 500 hour comprehensive Pilates certification and a continuing education workshop, Pilates for Breast Cancer Recovery with BASI Pilates.
Kristin brings 30 years of experience instructing dance, movement, and conditioning to her Pilates practice. Her teaching experience includes leading movement classes for the Dance for Parkinson's Disease program and she was an adjunct professor of Classical Ballet, and Anatomy and Kinesiology at Eastern University and the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. Most recently she was the Head Pilates instructor at the University of Pennsylvania for two years and currently teaches group classes at Club Pilates.
