I have been teaching dance now for almost ten years and I love it. I've been daning all my life and enjoy everyday that I get to share my passion with others. About five years ago I started in the fitness field and found another passion. I learned that sharing my love for working out brought me so much joy and I couldn't stop. What started as a part time hobby has turned into the best career I could ask for. My sepecialty is the senior population and I couldn't be happier with it. I started teaching seniors right off the bat. I get to work with some amazing and inspirational people. I enjoy every part of teaching and motivating. I think everyone has it in them to be fit and healthy, they just need the right person to help to take them there.
