My name is Charlotte and I am a dedicated yoga and fitness instructor with over 1 year of experience in guiding individuals on their wellness journeys. With a passion for promoting holistic health, I combine my deep understanding of yoga and fitness principles to create transformative and balanced sessions. 

Having discovered my own path to wellness, I am committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals and inner peace. My classes include dynamic yoga poses, mindfulness practices, and tailored workout routines designed to challenge and nurture both body and mind.
