I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. It has played a pivotal role in my own transformation and is truly a passion. Yoga, my number one choice to stay fit, has taught me to “be here now”, and fully enjoy each and every moment on and off the mat. With pranayama, asana, meditation and personal inquiry, I choose to give myself the best chance at success. I have a natural ability to integrate an energetic vinyasa class while encouraging students to stay present and tune in to the mind-body connection. I continually strive to invite all who attend my class, the opportunity to walk off their mats, not just with a great work-out, but a deeper sense of who they are, with all of their strengths and vulnerabilities. I encourage a sense of community in class while maintaining a fun atmosphere of growth and connection. My intention in teaching is to learn from and inspire my students with curiosity and passion.
