Michelle Alford

Michelle is a Registered Yoga and Certified Meditation Teacher. She began her yoga practice a few years ago after visiting a local yoga studio to reduce stress and compliment my strength training. She connected with the practice, leading her to taking and completing her Vinyasa teacher trainings, as well as earning certifications in Pranayama (breathwork) and Meditation.

Michelle encourages others to always be kind and compassionate to their bodies, hearts, and minds. Although she enjoys teaching flow yoga, it is her heartfelt desire to share the beautiful gift of rest, restoration, and rejuvenation through practices of Restorative, Yin, Meditation and Breathwork. When she’s not on her mat, Michelle loves spending time with family, enjoying nature, watching reruns, or relaxing with a good book.
