I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for approximately 6 years providing clients with the highest level of professionalism and dedication through consistent programming and detailed program design. I enjoy the challenge of instructing clients on a personal level using up to date techniques and methods to ensure proper use of strength training and cardiovascular equipment as well as other methods of exercise.
I am also certified as a Personal Trainer of Special Populations whereby I would assess and design exercise programs for individuals with special medical conditions or orthopedic limitations.
As a fitness instructor at the Robert Wood Johnson Fitness/Wellness Center, I get pleasure in presenting individuals with new and challenging fitness workouts.
Throughout my life I have been very active in all aspects of fitness, namely swimming, scuba diving, running, cycling, strength training, flexibility, kayaking, basketball, baseball and football. I particularly enjoy the endurance activities having for many years been a triathlete, long distance ocean swimmer, and long distance runner.
I have an outgoing personality and enjoy assisting people who are at different levels of physical fitness and are striving to achieve a healthy, lifetime goal, and personal satisfaction.
