I am a Personal Training Specialist and an Aerial Yoga Instructor and have been working part time offering both in person and online fitness classes while working full time in the health insurance industry, since 2019.

I run group strengthening sessions, boot camps, HIIT/Tabata classes, Kettlebell classes, Aerial Yoga classes, Spin classes, as well as 1 on 1, or small group personal training. 

When I first started my own fitness journey, I was 100% focused on my weight loss. I never put much thought into my mobility, flexibility, endurance, lung capacity, cardiovascular health, gut health, mental health, etc... I just desperately wanted to be thin. And for what?? The viewing pleasure of others?! Well, those days are LONG GONE! I've learned, healthy looks different on everyone... and nothing beats feeling well!!

I am all about weight-neutral fitness these days. I know that all bodies are different and respond to training differently, so my focus with each client is on their fitness levels in relation to their size and adjusting this as needed during every class I run.

If you are looking for someone to help you better understand your body while you focus on toning, strengthening, stretching, increasing your endurance, improving your mobility, eating better and reducing your stress levels... so that you can feel amazing and live your best life each day!! I've got you!

I believe we can all do things to improve our wellness, regardless of our current health, age, size, fitness level, etc... and have FUN while moving our bodies!

It's about being positive and kind to ourselves, learning how our bodies truly work, focusing on what we can do while incorporating planned movements with healthy choices each day. It's about accountability, showing up, challenging ourselves and celebrating every single effort made along the way.

I am very interested in sharing my aerial yoga on a tropical teaching vacation. I would also be interested in offering high energy fun group Kettlebell, HIIT/Tabata, Spin classes, Power Weight lifting or even offering an organized weekly Aerial retreat or boot camp.

I love feeling healthy and I love sharing this with other like-minded people. Combine that with a tropical location where I can bring my spouse with me... well, you had me at hello!
