I work as a Firefighter/Paramedic, rescue diver, swift water rescuer and also as a Fitness Instructor to a variety of clients. Job related fitness through injury prevention and performance is one of my specialties. Along with mid-high impact circuit training for individuals. My expertise would be more in ab routines that I have designed for individuals from the beginning stage to the advanced athlete. I also specialize in high impact ahtletic peformance instruction. Such as; Boxing, Football and Soccer.
