Kristin has been practicing and studying yoga, meditation and spirituality for over 15 years.
She holds a BFA in Art History specializing in Spirituality in Modern Art.
Originally from the VA/DC area, she has also enjoyed living in Savannah, Philadelphia, and now Austin, TX.
She is a nurturing Cancer sun, an inquisitive Gemini rising, with a playful Aquarius moon. ;)
An avid gardener, animal lover, she appreciates a beautful sunrise, and a fresh lemonade with a great read on the beach.
