Empty nester mom of 3 grown kids

Looking to leave the commercial aspect of fitness industry, (Equinox of 14 years) and use my experience to travel and meet new people.

I have launched an outdoor fitness program in my community which has been both rewarding and eye popping. Living in NY- the outdoor season is temporary and also weather permitting. However, in this creative space on my own - I have really found my true calling to fitness. Now that O am free of parenting responsibilities, I have much more time to devote to buy own personal dreams.

It would be such an honor and a pleasure to bring my experience, enthusiasm and passion to new places and people.
