Everyone always asks why I started DJing so late in life, it's because I went from deathbed to DJ booth. 15 years ago I was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy where my heart was only functioning at less than 10%. The doctors said I wouldn't live past 30 years old. With the love of a good woman, good weed (it is legal in Canada) and good beats I was reborn as J*SON. After being given a second chance at life, I decided to only spread positive vibes on song at time and don't plan on stopping.

In 2018 I started spinning at friend's house parties to live streaming during the pandemic which landed me a weekly spot on TOOHOTRADIO.NET. From there I started spinning at small events and beach raves. My goal is to one day headline some of the world's biggest music festivals. My story just proves you are never too late or too old to feel the beat.
