Whitney began her fitness career in 1995, teaching group fitness classes. This journey continued throughout her life, teaching many formats including cardio classes, strength training, mind/body classes and more. In 2015, she founded GirlPower Fitness and added personal training to her offerings.
I listen to my clients’ individual stories and create fitness programs to meet them where they’re at. My philosophy is that while fitness may not be the magic key to unlocking happiness in your life, investing in the improvement of your health puts you in a better mindset and helps you make other healthy changes in your life. I founded GirlPower Fitness to give my clients a safe and encouraging space to get healthier and stronger.
