Jill Washecka

Jill has been a long time fitness enthusiast and 10 years ago finally harnessed her great energy and passion for fitness into a full time job! Her first experience as an instructor was with the Lagree Method on a megaformer. She taught her first class and was hooked for life! Jill teaches an average of 14 classes per week to participants ranging in age from 15 to 75 and her #1 goal is help everyone succeed in their own way. Some of the classes that she teaches include bootcamp, athletic conditioning, strength, stretching and treadmill based running. In addition to being a Group Fitness Instructor, she is also TRX certified, and a NASM certified personal trainer. Her favorite class participant is her husband, who takes her class 2-3 times a week. She was born and raised in Memphis, but met her husband in college in London, and now they have settled with their two kids in Bethesda, Maryland. A fun fact about Jill is that she is an exceptional water skiier and used to teach water-skiing at a summer camp for little kids. In her free time, she loves her family, being outdoors, cooking and eating, and reading!
