I’ve been teaching group fitness since 2013, specializing in Les Mills Bodypump, Core, and Bodycombat. I’m also a Spin instructor, yoga instructor, and a Certified Personal Trainer. But remember, I’m still on my own fitness journey, and at the end of the day, I’m just a gal who loves to have fun and live life to the fullest!
