I have been working as a chiropractor for the past 33 years. I personally have been doing yoga for many years. I was finding myself recommending yoga stretches and poses to my patients. I decided to become certified to teach yoga at my local yoga studio. I have been leading 3 classes per week and subbing for other instructors. I lead a yoga sculpt class, gentle yoga class and a vinyasa flow class each week, subbing for hot yoga and some cardio classes such as kickboxing.  Yoga is a way of life to me. I feel stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually. Yoga creates balance in my life.
