Jennifer Sherer

Jen began practicing yoga in 2009 as a way to slow down and have time to herself. Over the years, yoga became a healing practice and a way to reconnect with her body and emotions.

 

Jen believes a yoga teacher's role is to guide and support students in their practice and aims to honor their autonomy and provide options throughout class. She incorporates breathwork, flow, alignment and relaxation. Every body is a yoga body. All are welcome.

 

Jen is a 200 Hour CYT since 2021 through Yoga Pipeline's teacher training.
