Tara Sowka

I currently teach a wide variety of fitness classes at two locations of Life Time Fitness in MN. I am experienced in teaching to a large range of fitness levels from the beginner to most experienced. I also work as a personal trainer; training individuals as well as groups as large as 12. In my personal time, I compete as an NPC Figure Competitor.
