My personal journey with yoga began with injury that left him in chronic pain and limited mobility. Frustrated with conventional medical treatments that failed to provide relief I found healing through yoga.

Over time my passion for yoga inspired me to become a yoga instructor so that I could share this life-changing practice with others. My teaching style is deeply rooted in my personal experience with injury and recovery. I emphasizes the importance of breath and mindful movement in my classes, and my gentle, supportive approach makes yoga accessible to all levels of practitioners.

I have a special interest in helping those who are recovering from injuries or dealing with chronic pain, and I draw on my own journey to provide guidance and inspiration to my students.
