- Kerry Watts
Kerry's passion for wellness led her to discover yoga in 2004 and complete her first yoga teacher training in 2009. Since then she has taken numerous therapeutic training sessions and taught thousands of classes to all levels and ages. Kerry offers private instruction as well as a variety of classes including vinyasa, restorative and therapeutics while emphasizing proper alignment and safety. Kerry holds a Personal Trainer Certification with Senior Fitness and Stretching & Flexibility Specializations through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is also a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. When not on her yoga mat, she is often found in her kitchen creating healthy recipes. Kerry and her husband and four children enjoy all the benefits of living in Colorado and spend most of their free time outside either on a mountain or on a tennis court. Kerry enjoys volunteering with the elderly and also currently serves as a board member at Denver Tennis Club.
