I was born and raised in Plainfield, New Jersey. Growing up I played for numerous club/travel soccer teams. I attended Bishop Ahr High School in Edison, where I was captain of the Varsity soccer team my senior year. I then went on to Fairleigh Dickinson University (Teaneck Campus) NCAA Division 1, where I played for 4 years from 2005-2009 while majoring in Psychology. My passion for coaching and developing total body performance led me to become a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Personal Training Institute. After completion of my certification, I created a business called Mutuality Fitness LLC, where I work with all ages from children to adults to work on their fitness goals, as well as sports performance needs. I am also a full-time fitness professional for Life Time in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, where I impact my clients to train for physical well-being but also for confidence and pain relief. My personal training career at Life Time includes one-on-one training, semi-private training, small group training, large group training (studio setting of up to 40 individuals), and virtual training. My specialties include sports performance, weight management, endurance coaching, functional fitness, muscle building, strength training, performance enhancement, and pain free movement.
"As a formal athlete, I came to love the feeling of accomplishment and success through hard work, effort, and discipline. I found that same feeling in my personal fitness journey and I want my clients to feel that same WIN. Took me a long time but I have come to find that my purpose in life is to positively impact as many people's lives as I possibly can - that is where my true legacy will be left behind. Sharing my energy with those who I interact with is where my true happiness lies.
