My name is Astrid, I'm from Mexico and live in Indiana, USA with my husband Ricardo who is from Argentina. I have more than 12 years practicing yoga and in March 2023 I finished my YTT 200. I also have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology 2006 and currently I'm also a Registered Behavioral Technician 2022 working with kids with autism.
