Hi, my name is Rachel. I have been in the fitness world for a long time due to finding the passion for it at the age of 19. I found my real passion for helping people out once I was working in the healthcare field and knew that personal training was what I was meant for. I love pushing people to their full potential, helping people reach their goals, and all around staying healthy. The fitness world isn't just about working out, it is about eating right, recovery such as getting enough sleep and stretching, having your mind in the right place as well. Helping people and putting a smile on their face knowing that they did something that they were scared to do or didn't think they could do is such an awesome feeling.
