I've been in the fitness industry since 2010. Moving the the fitness world has been the best decision of my life. Watching people enjoy working out is a blessing! Group exercise changed my life and I hope to give that gift to as many people as possible. I'm a mother of 4, with kids ranging from 18 to 2.
