Sara Lyn Howard

I'm a dedicated yoga instructor with a passion for guiding students towards physical strength, flexibility, mindfulness, and stress reduction. Over the years, I've had the privilege of teaching diverse populations, from beginners to advanced practitioners, and providing valuable feedback to fellow instructors. When I'm not on the mat, I lead an adventurous life with my three Bernedoodles, often exploring the great outdoors through hiking. My love for learning knows no bounds, and I'm continually exploring new horizons. Beyond yoga and computer science, I have a soft spot for "grandma hobbies" like crocheting and needlepoint, where I find solace in creating beautiful, intricate designs. I'm currently pursuing a computer science degree and anticipate graduating in the summer of 2024. Post-graduation, I have an exciting plan to hit the open road in a van, accompanied by my beloved pups, embarking on a journey to explore the beauty of the world while living life to the fullest.
