Serena Hardy

 For over two decades, I have been fortunate to have an exciting career in the fitness sector. Ever since I was a teenager, I have had a strong passion for learning about anatomy and exercise, and I remember the thrill of putting on my spandex and following Jane Fonda's VHS workouts.

When not working I am living my best life exploring my surrounding with friends and family. Living merely steps away from the Baden Powell hiking trail and a wide array of mountain biking paths, I spend a lot of time in activities such as hiking, biking, and swimming to refresh my soul and spirit, enabling me to be a better business owner and parent. My three young adult children are pursuing higher education and exploring new experiences. I am a wife to an amazing husband and I have two wonderful bonus kids.
