I am a 500-hr Registered Yoga Teacher with the National Yoga Alliance. I started my yoga training in 2019 and completed my first training (200 hours) in 2020 with iShine Yoga and Wellness. I wanted to learn how to teach other people a path back to themselves, ultimately reducing stress and anxiety. I wanted to further my knowledge and skills so I completed my second training (300 hours) in 2022 with LifePower Yoga - directed by Jonny Kest. I enjoy teaching a variety of styles including slow-flow vinyasa, hatha, power vinyasa, yin, and various types of pranayama and meditation. My own personal practice includes a mix of the same styles, my favorites being slow-flow and yin. I always seek feedback from my students and other teachers because I want to hear how to continue offering a meaningful practice to a diverse student population. I have taken additional training in meditation and mindfulness philosophy because I believe these techniques are accessible to all populations. Yoga is for everyone!
