I am a Marketing Manager by day and a Zumba instructor by night. Mum to 3 children (in their late teens/early 20's) I danced and performed as a child and then found Zumba later in life as my children began to grow up.

I love the really upbeat music, getting the body moving and dancing with like-minded people. My classes are high energy and fun!
