Alli has been teaching yoga for 12 years, a group fitness instructor for 8 years now, and teaching mindful and meditation groups for 5 years now. Being in the health and fitness industry now for so long has been the best decision I could have made. I see the benefits of taking action and bringing movement to your life with all abilities.
