Michele Shields

My  name is Michele Shields , 58 years old with two college students: girl 21 and son 20 yrs old. My husband and I live in Northern Kentucky.

I graduated from college at Tennessee Technological University. I played Division 1 Basketball for 4 years. My husband graduated from University of Kentucky.

I have always enjoyed staying fit , at our local Gym Better Bodies I taught Lift and Tone for 4 years, had kids- worked ( Dental Hygienist) and ran kids around to different sporting events. About 3 1/2 years ago I  got certified in the Pilates reformer machine and currently teach group classes 2-3 times a week. My husband and I have vacationed  at All-Inclusive and participated in their morning exercise classes. I talked to one of your instructors ( Barb Trecola) after class and gathered some information from her and immediately became interested in teaching. I am currently in an on line class for Mat pilates by Fittour to have another certificate to add to my portfolio.
