I love sharing yoga and the sound of the gong with all humans because these modalities have been life changing for me. I have been practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years. I have trained in Kundalini Yoga and meditation, Gong and Gong Nidra (soundbath + yoga nidra). Right now, I am focusing on helping people relax and drop into their purpose as yoga and meditation have been the main tools that have helped me cope with the challenges in my life.

One of my favorite aspects of Kundalini Yoga is that it addresses specific concerns and intentions. Many Kundalini Yoga sets specifically focus on the immune system, which is particularly interesting to me as an immunologist — especially as there is accumulating scientific validation of Kundalini Yoga. Another aspect of Kundalini Yoga that I cherish is that it brings out the kid in all of us. I affectionately call it “adult romper room.” And anyone can do it – no experience necessary. Yoga has enhanced my life and helped me through many tough times and I want to share this effective technology with anyone who can benefit.
