Laurie Biasetti

Laurie's journey into yoga began while seeking relief from scoliosis, a curvature of the spine.

Practicing yoga not only allowed her to focus on her breath alleviating stress in her body, but it also increased circulation, improved blood flow to stressed muscles, allowing her to reach a wider range of movement & flexibility.

The practice of yoga has helped Laurie create more length and symmetry in her body, allowing her to find contentment in her imperfect body.

Laurie received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2020 and looks forward to furthering her journey as a teacher as well as a life-long student.
