John Dangerfield

I have been competing since I was 12 years old. As a junior player, I won over 100 USTA matches and reached 23 in 18's in the state of North Carolina. I was a four year starter at Methodist University. While at Methodist, I completed summer internships in various clubs across the eastern United States. After college, I was hired by Lake Waramaug Country Club and am the current Director of Tennis Operations. I have been at Lake Waramaug Country Club for 8 seasons now. Throughout the 10 years that I have been coaching, I have spent countless hours on court providing instruction while keeping it fun. I have taught members who range from 4 years old to 95 years old. I am confident in any situation regarding tennis; whether it be on court or administrative duties off court.
