Cheryl Cicha

Cheryl Cicha has helped countless people improve their physical health and mental clarity through yoga classes, workshops, and retreats. In addition to the classes Cheryl teaches weekly, she is a speaker on topics such as how to bring yoga, mindfulness, and meditation into the workplace.

Sharing her knowledge on the science of movement and strategies for cultivating deeper focus and healthy habits, Cheryl leads several workshops and retreats throughout the year. Some of her favorite places being unexpected settings like beautiful equestrian facilities.

Cheryl is RYT 200 certified, a Roll Model Method Practitioner, Director of breathe@work, and Founder of yogagoestowork.com.
