- LaRue Cook
LaRue began training in 1993. He is a Titleist Performance Golf Fitness professional, a Certified Sports Performance Coach, and a Certified Youth Conditioning Specialist and Personal Trainer. In 2005 LaRue was selected as one of only two Certified Personal Trainers in the U.S. appointed to the 15 Member Board of Examiners of the National Board of Fitness Examiners (NBFE). The NBFE was formed to develop a national board examination for fitness professionals throughout the U.S. He holds a BS degree in Health Science with a Minor in Physical Education. He also holds his MHA (Master of Health Administration) and JD degrees. He has written a number of published articles dealing with the subject of health and fitness, for both athletes, and the general public. His upbeat style is well-received by his clients, and his philosophy is to make each training session challenging, yet fun. He is an excellent communicator and motivator.
